Do photo-based checks include exactly three photos?
Yes. Photo, Product, and Prayer Space Checks each include three purposeful photos selected to answer one agreed question, plus a clear English report.
What does Call Check include?
It is not limited to one quick call. We make the calls reasonably needed to resolve the original agreed question. New questions or a changed scope require a new quote.
What is included in the route video?
You receive one continuous video of up to 3 minutes showing key entrances, turns, stairs, elevators, and difficult points, plus written English directions. Video editing and English narration are not included.
How quickly will I get the result?
Delivery timing is confirmed before payment. Most requests are completed within 2–4 days after payment, subject to business hours, access, weather, and local conditions.
Is a specific result guaranteed?
We carry out the agreed check with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that a business will answer, an item will remain in stock, access will be available, or a particular outcome will be achieved. If the agreed check cannot be performed, our cancellation policy applies.
How do I pay?
After you approve the scope, price, and delivery estimate, we email you a secure Stripe invoice. Work begins after successful payment, and Stripe can provide a payment receipt.
